I have been to this spa on 2 separate occasions, once in Thomasville and once in their new Winston-Salem location where Elements used to be. The price was cheap but so was the quality of the services I received. They burned me with their laser. I don't think they know what they're doing. There wasn't any doctor available to help me with the burns. Be wary of this place.
