If you're looking for an hour or a day of relaxation, this is not the place to go. In particular, the ""one hour relaxation massage"" was 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, and ended almost 10 minutes early, so the whole massage lasted about 35 minutes. It was rushed and no apology was offered. I was still expected to pay for the entire hour. \r I had been there about 2 years earlier for a couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. Fantastic Overall Experience!: My wife and myself and our two kids all get our hair cut here. It's definately one of the most charming and unusual places you can go to get your hair done! Kristie gives great cuts and my wife loves her highlights. Kristie is great with my kids. They look forward to the lollipops after their haircuts. I have been to this spa on 2 separate occasions, once in Thomasville and once in their new Winston-Salem location where Elements used to be. The price was cheap but so was the quality of the services I received. They burned me with their laser. I don't think they know what they're doing.
