This is what I wrote in Feb 2009, I went to go see her again, the office appointment and customer service for accounting did not work well with my needs, I had to cancel my appointment because they couldn't give me a full price or work with me on a payment. It was frustrating not to be able to see Dr. Phelle due to there poor customer service or how to set up a payment plan with a Credit Care Card that offers payments. Maybe someone should get in the office and do some training in this area. This prevents me from going to the doctor of my choice. \r
I have been seeing Dr. Phelle for a little while now, she is very passionate about the work she does, and answering questions. She is busy, but that must be because she is so good at what she does.\r
I have looked for a doctor for some time that I could trust, and share my concerns, she was the only one that realized I had precancer skin condition, she gave me hope.
