We got to Genji for dinner and had to put our names on the waiting list. Twenty minutes after we got on the list, a group of teenager boys came in and started flirting with the hostess. She put their names on the waiting list, then seated them right away, and left us still waiting. Our total wait was 45 minutes. We brought it to the manager's attention and he was rude and non-helpful. He got very angry and argumentative with us. When we finally got seated, our check was $64 before tip for two adults and a child -- Very expensive for mediocre food and rude service. Take the little extra drive and go to the Japanese steakhouse on High Street across from the Convention Center!\r
Pros: The place is warm because of all the flames
Cons: Expensive, dirty, rude service
