My wife and I came into Coast for our Valentine's Day dinner. The restaurant looked extremely elegant and we were placed in a private room that was adjacent to the wine cellar. The atmosphere was fantastic. We shared the Peruvian Causa, an interesting potato dish that our waiter suggested and we both loved it. I had the Skate Wing and my wife had the Scallops. I can honestly say it was the best Skate wing I have ever had, and the Scallops came with an extremely savory and delicious chardonnay cream sauce. The service was some of the best we've experienced, on par with some of Dallas' finest restaurants. Sam really took care of us and we'll be back to see him. We finished the night with a cocktail in the lounge that faced a gorgeous fountain. Overall it was a great evening, a fantastic restaurant and a memorable experience. We will be back!
