I've been training with the Dahn Yoga system for about 18 months now and I've had very positive results. When I first joined I was having problems staying asleep; I was overweight; and I'd injured my left knee (at a local gym). Needless to say my flexibility and endurance were at an all-time low. \r

The trainers are knowledgeable and caring. I receive a great deal of one-on-one attention. I've lost about 35 pounds, I sleep well (in fact I seem to need less sleep) and I've gained strength and flexibility in my knee. Dahn has a special exercise for stress reduction that focuses on the brain; called brain wave vibration and it has had a profound impact in how I handle stress. Since starting this training, I've seen a significant improvement in my metabolism. Dahn Yoga is a powerful training modality and I'm a big FAN.
Pros: Customizes training to meet individual needs. Trainers are very dedicated.
Cons: It would be nice if they had more locations.
