I have a best buy warranty on my TV. And I was having problems with it a year after I purchased it. And they called up Ambassor tv to come and fix it. A man that was not very nice, seem irritated and annoyed, came to pick it up the first of the month and said he would have it about a week or two, and he'd call in a few days when he found out what was wrong with it. It's now the end of the month and i have heard nothing about my tv. No phone call, NOTHING. I've left several messages and got no responds. They have had it a month now and Im very annoyed. I payed $350 for my warranty and have had no TV for a month now!!! I've called Best buy and talked to customer service and they are now taking over action on getting a hold of them. I'm about ready to go and get the TV myself!!!
