Television was dropped off end of August and still has not been completed. Item was under warranty. Toshiba needed information and this repiar shop constantly fails to provide them the required documentation. I contact them repeatedly and am informed that it will be accomplished. It is now December and I am still waiting. The worst customer service I HAVE EVER experienced and the LAZIEST repair shop. Or maybe they just don't care since the item is under warranty. Unfortunatley I have to use this repair shop because its the only one in the area Toshiba uses. Toshiba even contacts them and they STILL DO NOT PROVIDE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION. They tell me they will call me back and NEVER do. I would never recommend anyone use this shop. I am usually a nice easy going person and I work in customer service and I know how bad it is sometimes to deal with people; however, I have been patient long enough and have dealt with their incompentency to the point where I am far beyond annoyed. Additionally, not only was I speaking with Toshiba while speaking with the repair firm on the documents needed and transferring the information, I was nice about it. Still, this repair firm didn't submit the documentation. I honestly can't believe it. Whoever owns this business should really look into whoever is managing the store and take control. It takes a lot for me to get this way and for the first time in my life I actually want to close down this store. How hard is it to fax paperwork!
