Best TV Repair 1/12/2010

Technician picked up my LCD television and I had it back in my home repaired within a week. Then the technician went so far as to clean up my hook-ups and wiring. He eliminatied some of the cables that were not necessary. This got rid of the rats nest of wires and cables I had behind my television stand. He also took alot of time explaining how to operate ALL of my equipment to me, even though I only called him for my television repair. He was very friendly and courteous to me showing nothing but respect for me and my equipment. He never made me feel like my questions were stupid or not worth answering. Worst service ever!! 2/24/2009

I have a best buy warranty on my TV. And I was having problems with it a year after I purchased it. And they called up Ambassor tv to come and fix it. A man that was not very nice, seem irritated and annoyed, came to pick it up the first of the month and said he would have it about a week or two, and he'd call in a few days when he found out what was wrong with it. It's now the end of the month and i have heard nothing about my tv. No phone call, NOTHING. I've left several messages and got no responds. They have had it a month now and Im very annoyed. I payed $350 for my warranty and have had no TV for a month now!!! I've called Best buy and talked to customer service and they are now taking over action on getting a hold of them. I'm about ready to go and get the TV myself!!! Pros: there are none Cons: they dont call or return your things more

Unbelievable 11/30/2008

Television was dropped off end of August and still has not been completed. Item was under warranty. Toshiba needed information and this repiar shop constantly fails to provide them the required documentation. I contact them repeatedly and am informed that it will be accomplished. It is now December and I am still waiting. The worst customer service I HAVE EVER experienced and the LAZIEST repair shop. Or maybe they just don't care since the item is under warranty. Unfortunatley I have to use this repair shop because its the only one in the area Toshiba uses. Toshiba even contacts them and they STILL DO NOT PROVIDE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION. They tell me they will call me back and NEVER do. I would never recommend anyone use this shop. I am usually a nice easy going person and I work in customer service and I know how bad it is sometimes to deal with people; however, I have been patient long enough and have dealt with their incompentency to the point where I am far beyond annoyed. Additionally, not only was I speaking with Toshiba while speaking with the repair firm on the documents needed and transferring the information, I was nice about it. Still, this repair firm didn't submit the documentation. I honestly can't believe it. Whoever owns this business should really look into whoever is managing the store and take control. It takes a lot for me to get this way and for the first time in my life I actually want to close down this store. How hard is it to fax paperwork! Pros: absolutely nothing Cons: everything more
