I live near these apartments and I know some of the families that live in them. They are quite small and uncomfortable. For picky people, like myself, I would not suggest them simply because of some of the people who live their. \r
Pros: Near fast food places, next to a great sub divison (has a pond)
Cons: loud families, cheap, small, and grubby.
