I don't even want to give it one star but had no other choices. The owner and leasing agent are liars, frauds and I believe are more in to taking your application fee's to make money than rent the apartments. I wouldn't live at any of there properties if my rent was free. I would not trust these people. Inquire or pursue these apartments at your own risk. I am telling you now that it would be a bad idea. Not to mention there disgusting!!!!! more

Great value for your money! 9/5/2011

Very spacious, clean, and updated apartments. I believe all of them are 2 bedrooms. The grounds are always kept up with and there's plenty of parking space available. The management is great and respectful toward you. It's always quiet and calm around here. I am very pleased with the way the management and owners conduct business here. They're also always making an effort to make the grounds look even nicer by planting trees and hanging plants. The lower level apartments have a very large deck, suitable for patio furniture and a grill. I have lived here for about 5 months and have yet to complain about anything. more

I live near these apartments and I know some of the families that live in them. They are quite small and uncomfortable. For picky people, like myself, I would not suggest them simply because of some of the people who live their. \r Pros: Near fast food places, next to a great sub divison (has a pond) Cons: loud families, cheap, small, and grubby. more

Great Place to Live! 4/4/2008

Excellent value, best value in Flushing for your money. Safe and well kept area. Nice quiet setting that is close to major freeways and shopping areas. more
