My name is Steve Jacobson on 150th in Tigard. When I called Ironwood this Saturday morning, they (a)picked-up the phone on the first ring, and (b)immediately responded to my concern about having to wait so long for my equipment installation. The woman who answered the phone was conversant with their system and immediately helped me to the extent she was able to do so. She politely explained their situation and did her best to address my concerns. She was very patient during the phone call. \r

We'll see how it goes with the installation, and also my request that they get someone out here in the next day or two, per my request for an accelerated installation. So far, so good. Thx!
