I drive from Boston to Warrior's Way on a regular basis to participate in the yoga and budokon classes. The instructors' obvious enthusiasm for physical fitness enhances every class - I am often able to push my body further than I do during a normal solo workout, and have much more fun in the process. I only wish I could attend more of the wide variety of classes they offer, which include fencing, pilates, reformer training, spin, and bosu ball, among others. Highly recommended as a way to keep the mind and body in great shape!
