Warriors Way does not have the standard cardio and strength training equipment you would find at a typical gym, but focuses instead on group fitness classes. There are a wide variety of classes offered, including intense cardio (spinning, kickboxing and step classes), martial arts, fencing, yoga and pilates, as well as some classes geared towards children. Warriors Way also offer some unique and affordable classes I have not found at other gyms, including pilates on the Reformer and Gyrokenisis. The instructors are excellent, and assist students in modifying exercises to fit their needs or to work towards their goals. Classes are offered throughout the day and on weekends.
