Best workout in the area 2/15/2009

I drive from Boston to Warrior's Way on a regular basis to participate in the yoga and budokon classes. The instructors' obvious enthusiasm for physical fitness enhances every class - I am often able to push my body further than I do during a normal solo workout, and have much more fun in the process. I only wish I could attend more of the wide variety of classes they offer, which include fencing, pilates, reformer training, spin, and bosu ball, among others. Highly recommended as a way to keep the mind and body in great shape! Pros: great workout, fun, wide variety of classes, friendly instructors more

Amazing Workouts 1/21/2009

Warriors Way is not your typical slick gym and it is certainly not for the faint of heart. Although modest in appearance, it delivers. This is a real gym where you will get a real workout. If your schedule doesn't allow you to workout more than once a week, don't fret. You have the option to pay per class and that class will accomplish the equivalent of 3-4 classes at neighboring gyms. The owners/instructors are very accessible. They will take the time to help you on form and give you tips to increase the effectiveness of your workout. If your goal is to shed pounds fast or get fit in little time, Warriors Way is for you. Pros: Effective workouts, ample parking, one stop shopping (childrens' programs as well) more

Best Way To Reshape Your Body......Fast! 1/20/2009

Warrior's Way is by far the best place I've ever experienced for working out. If you're looking to reshape your body into the super-fit body you've dreamed of, this is the place to go. I started working out with the owners of Warrior's Way a few years ago -- and within the first 10 weeks of working out only about 2 hours a week, I got into the best shape of my life. I'm in my my mid thirties now and in way better shape now than when I was in college and working out all the time. Pros: very efficient workouts; great instructors; fun small group classes; classes for all fitness levels more

Unique gym option 1/19/2009

Warriors Way does not have the standard cardio and strength training equipment you would find at a typical gym, but focuses instead on group fitness classes. There are a wide variety of classes offered, including intense cardio (spinning, kickboxing and step classes), martial arts, fencing, yoga and pilates, as well as some classes geared towards children. Warriors Way also offer some unique and affordable classes I have not found at other gyms, including pilates on the Reformer and Gyrokenisis. The instructors are excellent, and assist students in modifying exercises to fit their needs or to work towards their goals. Classes are offered throughout the day and on weekends. Pros: Many unique classes, friendly staff, no initiation fee, option to pay for individual classes Cons: Monthly membership a bit more expensive than a standard gym more
