I've not seen so poor a display of customer service in all my life. We had some damage on a move and have had no luck getting responses from these people. They say they'll call back but don't.
Pros: The young men who made the move were very nice and quick.
Cons: Too quick, many items were broken or scratched, very careless with my appliances.
