Blue Sky Movers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot stress it enough! They were late for the move and then ran personal errands to and from the moving locations. We waited over an hour while they drove around DFW with my personal belongings in their trailer. When they arrived they were very hostile when we talked to them about it. The owner told his two workers (both high school students and one of them was his son) to load up and take my things. We then called the police on them as they spoke a lot of profanity at us. The two high school student employees bowed up to us because we would not let them leave as well. It was a scary experience and the owner was very ridiculous. Don't waste your time on them. Spend the extra money on professional movers. The fact that they also showed up with pick up trucks and a beat up trailer should have been a clue. I think someone else wrote a review that called them ""a bunch of idiots."" I AGREE! more

Don't ever use this moving company. They called this morning at the time they supposed to show up and said that they underestimated the bid, and wanted double the amount for the move even after they confirmed and reconfirmed 2 days and 1 day before. The guy hung up on me while I was reasoning with him that I have to be out of our house today and they have a contractual obligation since I received the bid in writing. Cons: see below more

I've not seen so poor a display of customer service in all my life. We had some damage on a move and have had no luck getting responses from these people. They say they'll call back but don't. Pros: The young men who made the move were very nice and quick. Cons: Too quick, many items were broken or scratched, very careless with my appliances. more
