A lot of apartment places get a bad rap bc they aren't brand new and beautiful. I personally, can't afford to live in a $750 or more 1 bedroom like most people my age. I moved in over here last summer and for the amount of money that I pay (@$525+elec), I have the nicest apartment I could hope for in my price range. It is super easy to go ANYWHERE, takes like 5 seconds to get to New Circle and 10-15 to get to campus. The trees, flowers and landscaping is so pretty and great for walking my dog. Everyone in the office is SO friendly and nice and always make sure maintenance problems are resolved (they call me back the next day to make sure everything is ok...how cool!)
Cons: wish they had tanning beds..oh well.
