I dropped boots off and was told "" 3 weeks"" After 5 weeks I went into the store and was told ""not done yet"" even though they couldn't find them. I went in twice after that and was told ""not done yet""-- even though they couldn't find them. I also sent an email which was not responded to. After 7 weeks I wnet in and made Mr Wells the owner look for the boots. He couldn't find them, but after about 10 minutes of searching, came out with them and slammed thm on the counter. He stated he called 2 weeks prior and left a message about the boots- saying they were beyond repair. I checked my caller id-- I did not receive a call. I told Mr Wells that was fine-- I'll just take them back-- he began cursing at me stating he called and didn't get a call back. I stated, clamly that there was no need to curse and he began cursing louder. If there was a message left, when I came in 3 times and also sent an email, why wasn't I informed about it then? Instead he just stated ""not done"" without even looking for them. DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CURSED OUT!!!!!
