""D"" is one of the most knowledgeable and professional trainers I have ever worked with. I am also a certified trainer and have worked with a lot of different trainers. I was looking for someone to challenge me. D did that and so much more. Not only did he push me to my physical and mental limits, he taught me so much along the way. He is very innovative and has such a strong knowlegde of the human body. Because of this education and desire to keep things fresh, he is always coming up with new exercises and routines. D is also a huge inspiration and he takes a vested interest in his clients well being. His training extends far beyond your time together in the gym. D helped me with diet and gave me the support to get my body where I wanted physically. I would recommend D to anyone that would listen. He is awesome.
