In August of 2007 we bought a fireplace insert and a pellet stove. He could not install in untill October. Was okay with us. He then referred his Masonary to us and then the masonary order all the rock work. All the products were on hold for a month then the product was lost. The stove was finally done on januaray of 2008. Then i soon received a bill from ""bob"" stating there was wrong parts order and other parts needed and he billed be an addition 700 on top pf the 6k I already spent at his store. I called the day before the day of even spoke to him during the install never noted any other parts were needed. We are still battling this waiting for him to come to the house and explain the charges it has been almost 2years. I do not recomend going to his store. i was also told my others he charges you one price and always rebills you for more later.I really dont knwo anywhere where you can charge a customer one price then rebilled them 3 months later - if I have to this case will go to court.Terrible customer service. DONT BUY FROM HIM.....
