This company has absolutely horrible service. They are unresponsive, and when they do respond, it is typically done incorrectly. They have double-billed us, refused to issue credits..........the drivers are generally courteous but the office staff and accounting people are 100% incompetent. Having them install a new tank at our home was almost comically bad........took us more than a dozen calls and ended up delaying our project by three extra weeks. If you can use anybody else.......even if it means using a different fuel type..........do so. You will be glad you avoided this badly orgainzed and poorly run company.
