My husband was at this facility about a year and a half ago for continued wound care. While there the nursing assistants there decided they were going to threaten my husband who is paralyzed because he would not entertain their disrespectfulness. The individual who was acting very unprofessional was sent home and returned a few days later. Now my husband is in a situation where he needs wound care again and they will not take him back because of her unprofessionalism. I think this place is a joke. What type of facility allows their employees to disrepect patients and then refuse to take the patient back. This place should be shut down. The way they speak to the elderly patients there they should be ashamed of themselves. If people only knew what really went on there they would never allow their loved ones to remain there.
Pros: The place was close to our home
Cons: Employees are disrespectful, loud, management does not care how it's patients are talked to.
