After being a customer of Studio Gaven for three years, I decided to find another salon. I was repeatedly dissatisfied with both my haircuts and color at this salon. My stylist did not listen to me at all. I even brought pictures. When I called to tell them I was unhappy, they said their policy was that if you did not call them within 10 days, you had to PAY to have them "fix" what they did to your hair. I told them I called four times and left messages, but no one ever called me back. They are over-priced and over-rated and have had a complete turnover in employees. Happy employees do not leave. That should tell you something. The management is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone and I will NEVER go back there again. They ruined my hair. Consider yourself warned.
