I submitted an online request for an appointment at the Pleasant Hill Veterinary Hospital's website, but never received a call from them. So, I called and made an appointment. I came to my appointment, and waited 45 minutes....this was too long so I rescheduled with the front desk. On my next appointment, I waited 60 minutes before I was shown to a waiting room.
Well, the doctor was nice enough. She did a urinalysis for my dog ($140 for visit including antibiotics and urinalysis for a UTI of my dog), and said she'd call the next day. Never heard from them, so I called them and asked for the results.....never heard from them.....ever.
This place lacks communication and organization. It's relatively inexpensive but it's got bad service
