Called Gillece on Monday with a backed up drain. They scheduled me for the same day but were not able to get to me that day because of how busy they were. I asked about the same day or free promotion that they advertise. They said that my call did not qualify for that because I had called in after the 12 oclock deadline, but the dispatcher was so understanding of our prediciament that he waived the charges anyhow. Gillece worker showed up first thing Tuesday morning and snaked out drain for absolutely no charge. I was so impressed with how great their customer service is and their great guarantee that they live up to that I had to write a recommendation for them online.
