I don't know what the negative reviews are about either...I have been going to La Plaza for over 8+ years ...always great care/outcomes at affordable prices. Methinks that other have gone when the clinic has had an extremely overworked day...I know the Joel is the Rohnert Park Shelter vet donating his time to spay/neuter work as well free exam when you adopt an animal...sometimes when I go, the staff, the place and Joel reflect the fatigue of over-work which can seem like indifference, smells and impatience...I just think they do too many things in support of animals in need where there is not much money. But then when I return to the next visit...they are cheery, helpful, the clinic smells great and so on. Because of his dedication to no-kill shelter animals, I support the clinic 100% even though the service and the place can be ragged once in awhile. If I get them on ragged day, I just call back and they respond with professional care and dedication to my pets needs (3 cats and 1 dog
