Very nice receptionist made an ""appointment"" for us the very day I called. So, my husband rushed to be home for 3pm. At 3:05, after returning from the reception area at my office, I realized I had missed a call on my cell. I returned the call and was told ""sorry, you missed our call, we can no longer service you today"" I was amazed and asked if no one answered the door. Was told, ""oh we never go until you answer the phone"" I protested, you called only a few minutes ago and the retort was ""it was 5 minutes ago!""
The upshot is: you don't have an appointment even though you are accomodating them by having someone at home. IF for heaven's sake, you don't pick up the phone immediately, you are out of luck.
The did offer to reschedule for the next day, but I had already had my fill of ARS.
Pros: Nice receptionist?
Cons: No follow through
