this is my first and last time i use or EVER call Golden Empire Towing there, Rude, not compassionate, cold hated, hang up in your face disrespectfuly as well as money hungery and did i say RUDE!!! and a disgrace to this small community... i felt as if stole my money, they lie to me, hung up in my face 2 times i mean is this really how you run a business?? i dont even know how they still doing this......the lady i spoke to seems like she was born with out a hart but every one eles in the office i spoke to seemed nice enough, but like i said the "manager" if that is when she really is talking to clients that rude and disgusting way!! but hey!!! if you want to use them GOOD LUCK, because i would NEVER AGAIN!!!
