Golden Empire Towing

I would NEVER, EVER use this company again! I had my car stolen and the police found it. Golden Empire Towing picked it up and stored in there impound yard, which is fine. When I called later that day which was a Friday to come and pick it up, the woman said that I needed to get my car released with the Police which wouldn't be until Monday. Turns out she is a LIAR I never needed a Release from the police and the towing company should have known that! She LIED TO SCAM MONEY FROM ME! After finding out that we didn't need to wait for a release and that the tow company should have known that Golden Empire refused to waive the fee's that I incurred over the weekend even though It was there fault it was stored all weekend I tried to pick it up Friday and they lied in order to get more money. I was forced to pay the full towing and 3 day storing fee in order to get my car out. Only gave one star because I had too. This company has no integrity. more

this is my first and last time i use or EVER call Golden Empire Towing there, Rude, not compassionate, cold hated, hang up in your face disrespectfuly as well as money hungery and did i say RUDE!!! and a disgrace to this small community... i felt as if stole my money, they lie to me, hung up in my face 2 times i mean is this really how you run a business?? i dont even know how they still doing this......the lady i spoke to seems like she was born with out a hart but every one eles in the office i spoke to seemed nice enough, but like i said the "manager" if that is when she really is talking to clients that rude and disgusting way!! but hey!!! if you want to use them GOOD LUCK, because i would NEVER AGAIN!!! more

I have used Golden Empire Towing several times in the past and have found both the staff as well as the drivers to be very reliable and professional. I would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs. more

Some of the drivers I have had have been absolutely wonderful but then again there is always a bad seed in the bunch and so I have had a couple of bad ones. Still though I have still continued to use them for towing services. more
