I was in a car accident last winter and was brought to the emergency room at Mercy hospital. The ER nurse covered me with a blanket that was full of blood that did not belong to me! Also, after it was determined that I had no life threatening injuries, everyone left me in the bed with a bloody blanket, no pillow, no way to call the staff or get to the bathroom with a broken leg! I would ask the amulance to drive further to a different hospital if I was ever in a car accident near Mercy hospital again!
Cons: horrible ER staff
