Was a customer for over 4 years. Keiths has changed in the last couple years. I had them do all 4 brakes on my minivan. 16,000 miles later the fronts already needed to be replaced. I asked if this was covered under the warranty that is listed on the receipt since no vehicle should burn through brakes that fast. I was told no but I would get free brake pads. This barely reduced the cost and I still had to buy front brakes. I wont be going back. more
