I have had a number of le phone conversations with one individual in the office who is terribly obtuse. She is the most uncooperative individual I have encountered at any business, ever! Now I make sure to call when she is not there. All this because we work nights at the hospital and sleep in the daytime. She just wouldn't help with arranging for an afternoon delivery, however, the DRIVER always cooperated, and is just great. G&K should get the drivers in to the office to train the office staff on how to deal with customers in a positive and helpful way.Better yet, get rid of that woman, she is obviously determined to always be right, and make we stupid customers know it. People like that are hard to change.
