Sadly, I have had nothing but bad experiences with this office. I have tried to be patient and stick with them, but they have continually showed lack of consideration or compassion. \r

After my first pre-natal first visit there I was told I’d be called back with my lab results. No one called me and I had to call them a total of 4 times before the doctor finally called me back with the results. She seemed annoyed when she called me, but then realized that there was actually something odd with the results and suggested that I had to come in for an ultrasound. \r

When I did come in for an ultrasound it turned out that I had a missed abortion. When I left I was told to not worry about the copay, which I was trying to pay. Then I got a bill in the mail for it. Hello…don’t tell me not to worry because you feel bad for me and then send me a bill for it. \r

The second time I dealt with them, I had to call the on-call doctor because I was pregnant and had started bleeding. She told me to come in for an ultrasound. Again I called twice trying to get a doctor to call me back during business hours to find out when to schedule it for and no doctor called me back. When I finally decided to just schedule it for whenever there was an open slot, the person over the phone was very rude. I told her I couldn’t make the time that she was offering me and she said that I could go somewhere else. After I hung up I started crying because she was just so rude and unkind. Just a horrible and unprofessional attitude. \r

I don’t know if it is just lack of communication among the office staff, but it just produces a sense of unkindness and disregard for the patients. A woman is sensitive enough when she is going through this. Dr. El Mallah I have to say is very sweet and kind. I was also seen by another doctor though who was cold and uncaring. I am just very disappointed that I’ve been treated in such a rude manner and that I will now have to search for a new office.
Pros: Dr. El Mallah
Cons: everything else
