Great gym. Kru John is a great instructor. I also like the fact that the coaches are active fighters. I like knowing that I am learning from people who know what works. You can show up any time the gym is open and work your stand up (not just during class times). There are tons of classes!
Pros: top level instructors, great hours, lots of classes,
Cons: If you don't want to work hard, this is not your place.
