Sales person rated new A/C unit for our house - it is cool in summer and warm in winter. Very quiet except when heater is in defrost mode. This was explained prior to installation. There were some problems in getting the unit installed on our roof but were cleared within a few days. One of the problems seemed minor and acceptable to me, but the technicians worked until A/C was installed to their standards. It required installing a new platform. Technicians on subsequent visits made suggestions for add-on's but did not push or apply ""scare tactics"" to make extra sales. My advice to unhappy people ""Don't continue shopping for anything AFTER you make a purchase""
Pros: Perfect performance since install almost 2 years ago.
