I had my car washed (The Works) at Pronto on 12/14/09 around 5:30pm. Went home and parked my car in my garage. The next morning, while outside of my garage, I noticed soap streaks down the passenger side of my car and unclean areas. I contacted Pronto and spoke to the manager Wayne and explained my problem. He told me it would be no problem and I could come in for another wash. On arrival he told me that I would have to PAY for a new exterior wash and that my car needed to be waxed. I told him my car was waxed previously by my husband and was not needed. I also told him that if waxing was the problem, why is it only on ONE SIDE. He told me that maybe my husband did not do a good job waxing the car. \r
