My family, particularly my grandfather has been in the jewelry business for 50 years. After getting my wedding ring cleaned by rawlings, I referred my grandpa to them to get a string of pearls restrung. The first thing he noticed when he stepped into Rawlings shop is that there is no security, the door was not locked, which is almost unheard of in Dallas. It also lead him to believe that there might be another type of ""security"" present, perhaps in the waste holster of the owner. When my grandfather walked in he commented on the lack of security and the owner must have overheard because he became immediately hostile and said ""if you don't like it you can leave,"" which is exactly what we did. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and hope that anyone that decides to do business with these people doesn't get treated as we did
