We got a man's wedding ring there in 2002. We bought the engagement ring at another, cheaper place and the diamond on the Internet. The cheaper place attached the diamond. Roc immediately noticed they had used white gold to attach it and told us we needed something stronger or we might lose the diamond. He reattached it for us. Then, he perfectly matched the wedding ring to the design and shape (slightly curved) of the first ring, complete with inlaid diamonds. He promised a us price but it cost him more. My family, particularly my grandfather has been in the jewelry business for 50 years. After getting my wedding ring cleaned by rawlings, I referred my grandpa to them to get a string of pearls restrung. The first thing he noticed when he stepped into Rawlings shop is that there is no security, the door was not locked, which is almost unheard of in Dallas. It also lead him to believe that there might be another type of ""security"" present, perhaps in the waste holster of the owner.
