I have been to David and Mary's 3 times, and I will never return. My first 2 visits weren't bad, I had my hair reshaped and cut into a cute style by 2 different stylists (both of which didn't stay with the business long enough for me to see again). They cut it well and gave me a modern shape that I was happy with for a reasonable price; however, both technicians left after their initial few weeks of employment. \r \r My 3rd visit, I was scheduled with someone completely out of my price point ($200 for full highlights!) eventhough I specifically asked for a new grad. I requested a warm auburn tone, and I left with PINK HAIR! Pink bangs and pink highlights--all of my colleagues asked me where I'd gone so they would be certain not to go there. When I called to complain, the female owner said that there was nothing she could do for me and she wouldn't 'apologize' for the price. I can honestly say, my inability to establish a continual relationship with a technician, the horrendous price, the absent customer service response to my complaint, and PINK HAIR combined to be the absolute worst salon experience I've ever had.
