Based on the way that they fix cracks and the material that they use, they will never be able to seal cracks. The crack must be completely dry for their epoxy to adhere.... this is virtually impossible and will never be the case. Also they do not prioritize warranty repair customers. Their fees we >$1000 which I cannot re-coup. I now have to find a more reliable service.
