After waiting 1week for a C-pap, called miller and was told they never received the order, after having the order refaxed, was told the prescription was writtehn incorrectly, after having prescription was rewritten,being told they could that they could not rerespond until 1/4/10.\r
Meanwhile my mother is without a C-pap which keeps her breathing while she is asleep. This has been a three week saga. If I could I would give them minus 1 star.
Pros: none that I can see.
Cons: claims of never receiving faxed prescriptions.
