It is like they let out a public housing development and employed the residents here. For the most part it is run my minorites who are rude and incompetent. To have to depend on this group of Yahoos for medical supplies makes life a real chore. more

there customers services SUCKS 4/7/2011

well i must say i love miller medical but there customer service call center suck you call they answer you with such disrespect my husband called to find out the status of his applcation to see if they were hiring and instead of tranforing him to whoever does the hiring like the first time they did.. instead customer service told him without knowing if they were hiring very rudely "" NO we are not and Dont F**k call again "" and then hung up we tryed to find out who it was but they didnt say who they were i hate to talk bad about this place but people really have to know how customer service really is there more

I have ""Cluster Headaches"" and for many they won't understand what that means. I use oxygen to control the pain. Miller understood. I had used Praxair in 2007 without a problem but when I called to again have the O2 delivered they told me that they no longer supply O2 to Cluster headache patients. I couldn't believe it. No other explanation just they no longer do it. I was so upset and didn't know what to do. My Doctor called Miller and within a day I was set up with my O2 and I'm doing great. If it wasn't for Miller I would be in the ER or in the hospital. I'm happy so far with the company and feel that they do the best that they can w/ all the insurance guide lines that are out there. It may not always be Miller's fault. The guys I have dealt with have been great. more

MIKE IS AN ARROGANT, POMPOUS JERK! 8/20/2010

MIKE IS THE LAST PERSON WHO SHOULD BE WORKING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A PLACE WHOSE CUSTOMERS ARE IN DIRE NEED FOR THEIR EQUIPMENT. EVEN OUR INSURANCE COMPANY COULD NOT NEGOTIATE WITH HIM TO HELP MY FATHER. MY FATHER HAS END STAGE LIVER DISEASE. HE CANNOT WALK NOR FEED HIMSELF. ALL WE DID WAS ASK MIKE TO HELP US WITH RAILINGS AND HE PRETTY MUCH SUGGESTED WE CAUSED THE PROBLEM. THE ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT MILLER IS THE SELDOM FEW WORKERS WHO DO TAKE THE TIME TO SHOW THEY CARE SUCH AS MICHELLE AND IVAN. OH AND AMBER. THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE TO MAKE MY DAD MORE COMFORTABLE. OH AND THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME WE'VE DEALT WITH MIKE. AND TODD'S NOT MUCH BETTER! more

Don't require urgent service. 12/31/2009

After waiting 1week for a C-pap, called miller and was told they never received the order, after having the order refaxed, was told the prescription was writtehn incorrectly, after having prescription was rewritten,being told they could that they could not rerespond until 1/4/10.\r Meanwhile my mother is without a C-pap which keeps her breathing while she is asleep. This has been a three week saga. If I could I would give them minus 1 star. Pros: none that I can see. Cons: claims of never receiving faxed prescriptions. more

Horribly rude to customers 10/25/2007

They have the worst service. My small child has asthma my pediatrician called in a prescription for nebulizer attachments on Monday and Thursday it still wasnt received, not to mention they have a van that should drop these supplies of but they wanted to UPS it that would be fine and good if they sent it out. Instead when I didnt receive it I called just to be told that I should have had some on standby not that they will get them to me asap. that is a great to tell a mother of an asthmatic baby...Thanks AMBER!!!\r Pros: close to my job Cons: rude, takes too long to receive life saving supplies more
