I have been with this company for a year now; I am stuck in a 3 year contract, which is the only way they will do it. Their customer service is terrible. My alarm is never working. They are constantly calling the police out on fake alarms getting me fined. I paid for the extended warranty and even then they want to charge me $89 to come out to fix it. This is such a bad company, once they have your money they don’t care about you anymore. Please don’t use them!
