I am very happy with the work the technician did at my house. He managed to fix every window and also cleaned up after himself. Overall he went the extra mile.

Worst

I have been with this company for a year now; I am stuck in a 3 year contract, which is the only way they will do it. Their customer service is terrible. My alarm is never workin...

I have Sean as the tech and he is extremely knowledgeble and helpful about the system. Professionall and fully eqiupped. He even called us about 30 mins beefore he showed up so we dont have to wait all day. Thanks for the great work!!!! more

This company is great. We called them about a month ago to install a new alarm system in our home. They were at our house when they said they will be, installed the new system made sure every little thing is working as it should. If you are looking for a company that truly cares about their customers this is the one we are extremely satisfied with the Smith Monitoring. more

I now feel very safe and secure in my home. 3/15/2011

After someone tried to break in to my house, I went into panic mode and called them based on a recommendation from a friend. They came out the same day and immediately put my worries at ease by educating me on the difference between various higher-security locks and the crappy Schlage locks that I currently had on my house. Apparently, anyone with a few tools can break into the snotty locks that secure most of the homes in this town. They also got to work installing an alarm system and showed me how to use it. I'm so happy that I called them. I now feel very safe and secure in my home. more

Smith Monitoring has the best technicians 3/10/2011

I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on the customer service I received from the Smith Monitoring service tech, Chuck. During our scheduled appointment, my wife and I became aware our home builder had only installed the basic alarm setup. Not feeling confident with the current security arrangement, we had several questions about what could be done. Chuck took the time to answer any and all concerns we had and offered possible solutions. His thoroughness and explanation provided us with enough information to make an educated decision on what we felt would make our home more secure. Overall, he was polite, fair, and treated both us and our house with respect. Thanks to Chuck and his exemplary customer service, we could not be happier with choosing Smith Monitoring as our alarm service provider. Stephen Bernal. more
