I called on 1-30-09 to reserve a taxi for new years and called 1-31-09 to confirm. I was told both times a taxi would be there. No taxi ever showed up. We waited 2 hours. If a taxi service can't deliver they should tell you when you call, not make empty promises and leave people stranded.
