If you could give them a negative 10 I would! 6:30 A.M. Pick up today never happened. When I called the company to ask where driver was they responded by saying he was ""pulled over by a cop."" They promised a car would be here in 15 minutes. We waited and at that point we were 1/2 hr. late. Driver never showed. And we figured out that our reservation was never made. At that point we just took our own car and ran. Company called at 7:20 to ask where we were. Are you KIDDING? An hour later? We missed our flight to Aruba. Now spending my vacation time wisely posting this so other people don't find themselves in the same situation. I checked BBB. Too late. They have an ""F"" rating. Also, number that called us at 7:20 A.M. is 973-442-1717 and belongs to C & C Limo in Randolph, NJ. Probably a business that went bust due to same shoddy practices. more

I called on 1-30-09 to reserve a taxi for new years and called 1-31-09 to confirm. I was told both times a taxi would be there. No taxi ever showed up. We waited 2 hours. If a taxi service can't deliver they should tell you when you call, not make empty promises and leave people stranded. Cons: Never showed up more
