I was on a path to early grave or at minimum cranky hurting old lady. In a honest effort to reverse this and take charge of my health and happiness, I have committed to 60 consecutive days of Bikram Yoga at the Hall Street studio. 10 days in and I am already a believer. As a former college swimmer and all around athlete, I've been suffering from chronic ankle injury for 15+ years. I finally succombed to ankle fusion 2 years ago. My ankle is now solid, but the rest of my body is so off balance. Without any action on my part, things are just getting worse. The good leg is overstimulated, weak yet extremely tight. The bad leg is just weak.
