...when talking about this Yoga, or people would think I'm insane.
This is the real deal though! It's transforming, it's meditative, it's a hardcore aerobic workout (heart rate going crazy!!). As someone who runs in Hood 2 Coast, jumps at any chance for a pickup game of basketball, played football in yesteryear - I have to say Bikram Yoga is by far the greatest thing I've ever done for myself.
It's challenging, but the teacher work you up and challenge you to challenge yourself. It has dramatically improved my discipline in life, focus at work and (here's where I start sounding crazy) the way I think!
I've tried Yoga at my old gym, and pilates too, both of which were ""good"" but Bikrams is on a whole different level. I'm surprised at how it continues to change me even though I've been goign for almost 8 months steady!
