Twice recenty, I have had the experience of waiting over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Good care is given, & I respect that glitches happen, but as this is the second time, I need to note for prospective patients, that while you are told you will be charged if you are not on time, neither time I checked in w/ receptionsists about the delay or possibly rescheduling if there was a problem, was I ever given the message that this is not the norm, and not how they want to do business. I was basically told, ""Yeah, we know you're here."" The first time, even after waiting longer, I initiated rescheduling; this second time I knew better. Don't keep going to where the respect is not mutual, and you have to ask for customer service.
