Today my son's car broke down in Katy on his way to our new home in San Antonio (he was coming from Virginia). They towed him within minutes of calling and had found the problem very quickly after that. They also provided him with a well-priced used tire to get him home (one kept deflating the whole trip). Everything was done in an hour! They also let me pay for the service over the phone with my credit card, as my son didn't have extra money on him. I appreciate so much the help they gave a traveler in need. My sister lives in Katy and says she is going to use their garage from now on after seeing how they handled my son's problem.
