Your charges exceeded every estimate and amount paid by everyone I know. My car was kept over the weekend and I had to pay 3 extra days on rental. Car was ready first thing Monday...

brakes on HHR. 2/21/2014

brakes not fixed correct. Golbow redid the brakes, and supplied a rent a car for there error. Outstanding place to take your car. more

I have been going to Golbows service station for about four or five months now ! Every time I come in with what I think is going to be a major headache and An over costly repair they always confirm the facts and put me at ease as far as knowing that I will be back out on the road with my vehicle Without a Problem or being broke Because of costly repairs ! more

John and his team are really good at what they do. Let's face it, there are a lot of places you can go in Houston/Katy but the service and professionalism is what sets these guys apart. And to top it off, they REALLY know what they are doing. EVERY time I go to them, whether for a major repair or just an oil change, they treat me like I am their only customer and they have always done the job correctly the first time. I am so glad to have found them. They consistently go above and beyond every time I go to them. I highly recommended them for all your repair needs. more

Car problems, leak, etcetera. 1/2/2014

Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Satisfied with all the people and willingness to help. Only regret when I drove my car home I was afraid it wasn't going to make it, really shaking and engine light was on. My daughter took my car back and you all fixed it. I've been sick so haven't been able to drive yet. Hoping everything is fine and working. more
